There are several easy ways that you can donate.  If you would like to give a one off donation and would like to discuss this with us, we would love to hear from you so that we can thank you in person.


Postal Donation

Make a contribution by mail with a cheque made out to:

Where your money goes


Gawthorpe Textiles Collection is a registered charity The Rachel Kay-Shuttleworth Textile Collections (No.1182054) and we wouldn't exist without support from kind donations. We welcome individual, group and corporate donations, volunteers giving up their time to help and people taking part in  fundraising and/or organising events.


As a small local charity, we make sure that our administration costs are kept low so you can be sure that as much as possible of your donation will go to help us care for the Collection and deliver educational activities.

Just £3 a month (or 10p a day) makes a big difference to caring for the collection.
